With more than 30 years’ experience, Michael Quarles assists advising retirees and those about to retire who want to help protect their assets. He focuses on helping clients avoid the common mistakes of retirement.
Mike is the proud owner of
Mike is committed to providing ethical service and showcasing the knowledge required to benefit clients and their families. As an Investment Adviser Representative who has passed the Series 65- Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam, he is held to the fiduciary standard and is legally obligated to act in your best interest when providing investment advice. He primarily serves clients and their families in the greater Kansas City, Metro and Northland areas.
Mike covers real world knowledge, working with retirees every day. His personal life involves pursuing educational aspects of retirees and those close to retirement, so he can be better prepared for the challenges of a fast-growing aging population. As a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Mike strives to create a financial independence for retirees and those working with him.
A devoted husband and father, Mike enjoys quality time with his family and wife Marcy who is a cancer survivor and transplant recipient. Marcy was given a new lease on life in 2014. Both are dedicated supporters and volunteers of the American Liver Foundation and The National Kidney Foundation dedicated to bringing awareness of donor support to the local community. Most of all they enjoy spending time with their children and the activities of their grandchildren.
Heather Herring
Investment Adviser Representative
While Heather began her career in accounting, she knew she did not want to work with numbers alone. She wanted to help people beyond the calculations.
In 2013 Heather switched paths and moved to the financial industry by joining ‘It’s Your Money’ in St. Joseph, MO. In 2021 she joined the team at Financial Longevity Advisory. Heather is excited to bring her compassion, honesty, and integrity with her to the team and clients at Financial Longevity. Heather strives to treat every person who walks through the door with the same compassion and respect that she shows her own mother.
Heather holds insurance licenses in Kansas and Missouri and has passed the Series 65 – Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam which means she is held to the fiduciary standard and under a legal and moral obligation to put your needs and interests first.
Originally from Chicago, Heather has lived in the Kansas City area for more than 20 years. Her growing family keeps her on her toes and counting her blessings.
Mary Allen
Office Administrator
Mary Allen is a valued member of our team, holding the dual roles of licensed Life & Health Agent and Office Administrator at Financial Longevity Advisory, LLC. Her journey with our organization commenced in June 2022, following her tenure at a prominent Fortune 500 company. With an impressive background, Mary brings 14 years of experience in Home & Auto Insurance claims, alongside an additional 14 years in the telecommunications sector. During her telecommunications career, she honed a diverse skill set that encompasses phone etiquette, teleconferencing, video conferencing, billing, reservations, data management, and database error correction.
Mary excels in this dynamic environment, effortlessly handling a wide array of responsibilities. Her commitment to teamwork and genuine care for both her work and the people she serves set her apart. Mary is often the welcoming voice at the other end of the phone and the friendly face greeting you upon your arrival. Her outstanding client relations, meticulous attention to detail, and adept management of our customer database have garnered recognition within the organization. Mary plays a crucial role in keeping our office informed and focused, enabling our team to operate seamlessly.
Outside of her professional commitments, Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Webster University, situated right here in the Kansas City Area. Beyond the office, Mary has cultivated a strong sense of community that she deeply cherishes. She resides in the tranquil countryside of Tonganoxie, Kansas, alongside her devoted husband, Scott. Together, they embark on a continuous journey of adventure, whether it’s RV camping, jet ski excursions, or exploring new destinations. Mary’s zest for life even extends to snowmobile trips in the vast expanse of the Upper Peninsula. Her passion for diverse experiences and her dedication to her work make Mary a valuable asset to our team and clients alike.
